We are proud to share exciting news with the Charles Lea Center family! Dr. Jerry Bernard, our Chief Executive Officer, has been recognized with the Debbie Burton Making A Difference Award at the South Carolina Human Services Providers Association (SCHSPA) Annual Conference.
This prestigious award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and make a lasting impact within South Carolina’s human services community.
Dr. Bernard’s leadership extends far beyond our organization. In addition to guiding the mission and vision of the Charles Lea Center, he actively supports fellow providers across the state and works to strengthen services for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Those who work with Jerry know the dedication, compassion, innovation and commitment he brings to this work every day. His collaborative spirit and passion for advocacy continue to make a difference not only within our organization, but across South Carolina’s network of disability service providers.
