Meet Rasheka Sampson ... Rasheka has been a member of the Charles Lea Center team for just over a year and is already making a meaningful impact as an Innovation Coordinator in Tennessee. She is passionate about helping individuals gain independence and take control of their daily lives.
In her role, Rasheka uses enabling technology to support individuals in their homes and communities, creating customized plans that promote confidence and long-term independence. She was drawn to CLC by its strong mission, supportive culture, and commitment to mental health.
Rasheka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Development and brings both skill and compassion to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family as a proud sports mom.
