Meet Patricia Matt ... Patricia joined the Charles Lea Center in May 2024 as our Tennessee Office Manager and has quickly become an essential part of the team. Known for her organization, adaptability, and supportive spirit, Patricia helps keep the Tennessee office running smoothly by coordinating operations, streamlining communication, and assisting with HR and administrative needs.
Patricia was drawn to CLC by its strong sense of purpose and community. She values working alongside people who are passionate about their roles and committed to supporting one another in making CLC more than just a workplace.
Outside of the office, Patricia enjoys sewing, motorsports photography, hiking, camping, and traveling with her husband, Mike. She’s also a devoted dog mom to two senior redbone coonhounds and is the second oldest of 11 siblings.
