Through Innovative Coordination Services (ICS), the Charles Lea Center offers person-centered approaches that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to enhance their independence in various settings, including at home, in the workplace, and within the community. ICS is a thorough, community-oriented model featuring a team of experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff who deliver comprehensive support to individuals and their support networks, service providers, state partners, and others by implementing the following:
